Mondays never get easier.

I don't know how the weekends go by so quickly... but alas, they do.

Thank you for all of the feedback on Friday's Fertility post. I'm glad you all enjoyed it and connected with it. It means I didn't share one of the hardest parts of my life with the internet in vain ;)

Friday afternoon started off really well with a nail appointment at Matte Nail Bar in Bristol, Tennessee.

Kayla is the absolute best. She and Brandon have yet to fail me in getting my nails looking like I actually have my life together....

After our appointment, Paula and I ran. We did the Short Interval Run 5 from the 80/20 book. I really enjoyed this, it went by so quickly!

I tried Honey Stingers for a bit of a pick-me-up before we started.

My mom is a bee keeper, so this just made sense for me to try. Support your bee keepers ;)

I tried out my new Bondi Band!

I got Paula one to try out, too. Remember you can use my code REDMOTHER to get 15% off your order!

We ran on State Street, which is a street located half in Virginia and half in Tennessee. So we ran with our best bud at the same time beside each other but in different states... We are trying to live like 26point2seesters! (Follow them on Insta if you aren't already!)

The workout included some sprinting... you had to get your heart rate into level 5 for one and a half minutes, then had a 2 and a half minute recovery. We saw some good paces ;)

I set my January run goal to run 30 miles. Boom.

Saturday was spent mostly at home. This girl is getting better with tummy time, not nearly as many tears as before.

I took Radar with me to run an errand.... great.

I took the girls to get some groceries at Walmart... I was too late for pickup and actually had to go in. It was terrible. I was supposed to look at computer speakers and coffee makers... Ours both have died... I looked at exactly none of those. Fail.

The coffee maker we have is amazing but is now going kaput and leaking. We can't afford to replace it with another like it, so we are looking at cheaper options. Anyone have any suggestions? Currently eyeing this one.

I didn't get to run Saturday like I wanted to. #life

Sunday we went to church and the Bebbers came, too. I was so excited to see them!

After church Paula had an 11 or 12 miler scheduled. I ran 7.1 of it with her. It was a long run from the 80/20 book but I made it my own to be able to run with Paula. We ran 1.5 miles to warm up, then ran .25 miles in heart rate zone 3 followed by .75 miles in heart rate zone 1. This meant a lot of walking due to our course...

Momma met us with water and snacks about 4 miles in. She's the best!!

Our paces weren't terrible considering we were climbing a durn mountain.

I got home to my girls. This one missed me. The other didn't know I was gone.

Nap time was short, unfortunately for me.

We had to go to Sam's for formula. Somehow that 25.00 trip turned into 125.00. Happens. Every. Time. 3 wide in the back seat so that I could feed Reid. Notice the coffee in my lap, my reward for running 7 miles ;) Thanks, boo!

We FaceTimed Gramps and Yum Yum...

ANNNND I put two pictures of my girls, both at 4 months, side by side. They are definitely related.

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend, only 4 more days until the next ;)

Do you have a coffee maker recommendation??

What did your workouts look like this weekend?
